FameRobe Shipping Policy
Shipping & Handling:
- FameRobe reserves the right to decline shipping for any Cash on Delivery (COD) order not verified by the customer via automated call.
- For COD orders, an automated call will be made. Please answer and press ‘1’ to confirm your order.
- Track your order status using the tracking link sent via email or on our Track Your Order page.
- FameRobe retains the right to cancel orders before processing due to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing or technical errors
Delivery Time:
- Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours after confirmation.
- Ensure availability on the provided contact number for verification.
- Estimated delivery time within Pakistan: 4 to 5 working days.
- Delivery time may extend during sales or high-demand events.
Delivery Charges:
- Flat shipping rate of Rs. 150 applies to all local orders.
- International delivery charges vary depending on city, state, country, and locality.
- Use the checkout process with your delivery address to calculate estimated charges (excludes taxes & duties).
- Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties on international orders. These fees are collected upon delivery by the courier.
Track Your Order:
- After dispatch, an email/SMS with a tracking number will be sent.
- Track your shipment on the courier website linked in the email.

- FameRobe is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
