Exchange and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Exchange:

Articles purchased online can be exchanged either at our stores or online within 10 days.
No exchange is allowed for items sold at discounts above 30%.

Exchange Options:

In-Store Exchange:
- Visit any of our outlets to process your exchange.
Online Exchange:
- Send the product to the following address:

  Department: E-Commerce

Refunds:

No cash refunds.
E-Vouchers of the same value will be issued for returned or exchanged articles. These vouchers are valid for the Online Store ONLY and can be used immediately or saved for future purchases.

Cost of Return:

For cases of change of mind, wrong size selection, or dislike, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:
To qualify for a return or exchange, the article must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received.
Be in its original packaging with tags intact.
Include the original invoice.
State a valid reason for exchange, such as:
- Defective product
- Wrong size
- Incorrect article

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Sale Orders:
Exchanges on sale orders will be considered for valid reasons only.

Complaint Registration Policy:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery about any defects, damage, missing items, or incorrect orders.
Provide images of:
- The received product
- Tags/barcode
- Flyer packaging (front & back)
Submit your complaint via WhatsApp, email, or social media accounts.
Complaints submitted after 24 hours will not be entertained.
